1. Marketing, IBM, Retail, Event Management and Business Environment Faculty

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, student-centered lectures and activities in assigned subjects.
- Develop course materials, assessments, and projects that reflect current business trends and
- practices.
- Guide students through real-life business scenarios, simulations, and case-based learning.
- Foster critical thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset among students.
- Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum reviews, and institutional development initiatives.
- Serve as invigilator during examinations and ensure smooth conduct of assessments.
- Act as an evaluator, grading assignments, projects, and examination papers fairly and accurately.
- Mentor and advice students on academic and career pathways.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Overall 5+ years of experience in Corporate/industry and teaching experience in the
- related subjects is an advantage

- and leadership in academic environments.

2. Statistics, Research, Business Research method Faculty
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update lesson plans and course content in assigned subjects.
- Align course delivery with industry practices and academic standards.
- Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions using case studies and data analysis tools
- Administer assessments, provide feedback, and monitor student progress.
- Mentor students to develop critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to curriculum design and institutional quality enhancement.
- Participate in departmental activities and professional development programs.
- Serve as invigilator during examinations and ensure smooth conduct of assessments.
- Act as an evaluator, grading assignments, projects, and examination papers fairly and accurately.

Qualifications & skills:

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong research background with the ability to guide students in projects and publications.
