Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or its equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 years working experience in a high performing Cambridge school in similar role
  • Strong track record of supervising checkpoints, IGCSE and A level exams to success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators and staff
  • Must have strong IT skills and the ability to adapt to its changing systems
