One of our clients a highly recognised company in Lalitpur, Nepal is looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management roles within Nepal.
- In-depth knowledge of Nepal’s labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
