A distinguished and well-established educational group is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Principal for one of its premier institutions. The Principal will be responsible for shaping the institution’s academic direction, ensuring the seamless integration of modern pedagogical practices, and fostering a culture of high performance among both faculty and students. Key areas of focus include developing and monitoring academic benchmarks, designing comprehensive teacher and student development plans, and championing an inclusive, bias-free learning environment where every individual is empowered to reach their full potential. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in school development, capable of inspiring a diverse team and driving meaningful, lasting impact.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement educational policies and integrate core guidelines into the curriculum across all classes
  • Develop and monitor academic benchmarks for students and teachers, and track their progress
  • Design and implement teacher and student development plans
  • Foster an inclusive, bias-free environment where every student can achieve their maximum potential

Requirements

  • Minimum MPhil degree or equivalent (preferably in Education)
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a reputed school
  • Strong moral character with no criminal record (police clearance required)
  • Excellent computer proficiency and strong communication skills
  • Visionary leadership with experience in school development planning and execution
  • Sound knowledge of modern, innovative teaching methodologies and the ability to train teachers accordingly
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team
